What’s the minimum engagement?

Usually six months. B2B sales cycles are slow and meaningful pipeline impact rarely shows up in three. After the initial six months you can move to monthly rolling, but most clients stay on retainer because the work compounds quarter on quarter. Web design and other one-off projects sit outside the retainer with their own scope.

Do you do social media?

Only if it ladders to revenue, which usually means LinkedIn for B2B. We do not do engagement-for-engagement’s-sake social media. Email marketing and content marketing typically out-perform Instagram in B2B funnels. For brand-led plays we partner with a creative shop; for pipeline plays we run social media in-house alongside your Google Ads programme.
